Strictly Come Dancersize

I think the dvd is great. Great fun and great way to lose weight!

I bought this DVD as i am a big fan of strictly come dancing and i prefer dancing to work out as its a lot more fun so i was intrigued how it would come across to a DVD

i found the steps quite hard to follow at first, im still trying to get to grips with the cha cha cha and the quickstep

my favourite are definetely the jive as it really tones up the legs and the salsa is really easy to follow and works your hips and legs. samba is also a lot of fun and is the shortest routine out of the whole dvd

i would recommend this dvd if your looking for high impact cardio and toning, just takes a bit of time to learn the steps

This DVD has motivated me to loose the christmas/baby weight I have put on. It is hard work but you feel like you have achieved something. I find myself practicing steps all around the house. I like the fact some of the routines are difficult, as that makes me want to keep trying until I get it right. Good Work out and good fun.

I am not a dancer but found this DVD very easy to follow as it is taken slowly step by step to introduce the steps to you. Fun and if you do it often enough a great way to lose some of that Christmas stomach!!

Although I do LOVE the show and both these girls look amazing, I found this so difficult I couldnt believe it. Unless you have done at least some dancing before hand I'd say give it a miss, learning the steps is a slow process then when you try to do the routine they go so fast its almost impossible. Shame!! Was looking forward to it too.
